Shipping & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $100 (USA & Canada). $9.99 for orders under $100.

International Shipping: $19.99 (6–12 business days).

Taxes & Import Fees

Canada: Sales tax applies based on your province. No import fees.

United States: No sales tax or import fees.

Production Lead Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@trupresso.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are no longer possible as the order enters production.

Gift Cards

TruPresso gift cards are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase, including instructions for redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, contact us at support@trupresso.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost. Please email us within 30 days of delivery.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address must be provided at checkout.
