Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all components intact.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@trupresso.com for assistance.
How to Request a Return
Email our customer care team at support@trupresso.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name (used at purchase)
- Email address associated with the order
- Reason for return (e.g., incorrect item, change of mind, damaged product)
- Photo proof of damage (if applicable)
- Preferred resolution (Refund or Exchange)
Packing Your Return
Securely place your TruPresso product in its original packaging, ensuring any included components or accessories remain intact. Include a note with your order number and email, or print your order receipt and place it inside.
Shipping Your Return
Use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
