Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there’s an issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance. After this period, we assume the order is in satisfactory condition.
Returns & Conditions
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we will replace or refund it at no cost. Photo proof is required.
Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be unused, in original packaging, with all components included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, visit our Make a Return page and submit a request. Once approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
